For non-diabetic Orleans MA residents, RNs provide general assessment of the feet and lower extremities, trim, file, clean and reduce thickening of nails, smooth corns & calluses, massage, lotion & powder feet. $28 fee by appointment at the Orleans Senior Center and $45 for home visits. Various types of medical equipment are available for loan; canes, commodes, crutches, shower seats, walkers, wheelchairs, etc. Call or stop by the Center if you need medical equipment.
Scheduled annually by the Town of Orleans MA Health Department and Visiting Nurses Association, these screenings are available at no charge to Orleans seniors.
